Try not to touch your family members.
Try not to spend very much time sitting close to your family members.
Take a bath/shower every day and wash your hands a lot, especially after going to the bathroom.
Flush the toilet twice every time you use it. Boys should sit to pee.
Don’t share anything at mealtimes: food, drinks, cups, plates, or silverware.
Do not share hairbrushes, toothbrushes or towels.
Make sure to sleep in a bed all by yourself.
Drink plenty of water and other liquids.
